Help. You know that part where you have too take Vic's brother from the airport too where ever? Well I need help with it I am stuck I keep blowing up plz help!

I forgot to put this on hints but I blew up a lot of times I remeberd in the old vice city if you put the health cheat in while your in a car your car will be fixed. That is what I did.Note: car still will look trashhed but it will be fixed.
