After you have beat all of the story mode missions is there a way to get the hunter helocopter again.

Nope, you can't because the designers of the game took out the ability to fly. There is another way. Using the Edison Carter cheat device but there are risks. You could damage your game.
You can't get into the military bases.
I think after you complete all story missions and you unlock your milatry clothes again then you should be able to just drive into the military base aslong as you are in a milatray veicle eg rhyno.the only way to get a rhyno is to get a six star rating.there is of corse the spawn ryhno cheat. But am not sure what it is go and check the cheat pages.
I found it in the airport I have completed the game I was in my military uniform I went to the air port it was behind a building you can see it if you driving on the road near the gate
You can drive a helecopter because I done it today and it was a air rescue one you needto do a mission in it but it's wicked you find it behind the hospital in washington beach sometimes
Yes you can get the hunter helicopter but it is not at the army base go to the airport and just pass where the maverick is for the pastime mission it is just in the corner but when you get in it starts a past time...
But you are in the air so press up twice and it says mission cancelled and the hunter is yours also when you just go pass the hotel on the way to the airport the first fencing you see on the left around the airport if you wait you should eventually see the image of it to appear but it can take up to a minute for it's graphics to appear and it also is still fully loaded with cannons and rockets.
I can't seem to find it either but people say that it's at the airport but I can't find it or the plane you can fly so they are maybe wrong.

Stand beside the pay n spray at viceport facing little havana. Than go straight and you will be beside a businessand turn to your left and go straiht to a road that no car gone there and take the rright road and go in a opening beside you which is a gate.Go in and turn left and you will see a helicopter called the hunter
It is at not at the airport,I know. I rode it a couple of times already. I found it in the Viceport!
