Can you fly helicopters on this game?

Yes when you go to the second island ontop of the police sttation

Yes, you can fly if you remember in vice city out side the stadium theres a helipad you should find a helicopter there and in the airport theres a plane at the end of one of the run ways but as soon as you get in the plane you start a suprise mission Theres a helicopter on top of the hospital in downtown.

Theres loads of helicopters scattered around Vice City.

There is a plane in the airport which starts a mission but if you press up you can stop it theres another plane on the water somewhere theres also helicopters on most police stations and you can buy one for $5000 called the little willie on the top floor of you're beach side safehouse

You find a Little Willie in the junk yard where theres a dump truck for free. You find a seaplane in downtown in the docks all the way to your right.

you can find a helicopter all over the place when you finsh the mission zero to hero and the should on top of the hospitals and police station and you can bye your own in you 2nd island house for $5000 use the monye chat instead its up,down,left,x,x,L,R
