I want a plane in vice city story pleas
First you have to pass the mission
'from zero to hero' and then go to the airport on the first island and at the end of one of the runways is a plane, when you get in it it will start a mission but just quit it
You gotta unlock the 2nd island first. Then go back to the dock where Lance was meeting the dealer and got kidnapped and you gotta save him. There's a sea plane at the end of the dock.
