You can steal the big airplane to do this just follow the steps carefully:
1.Get a ambulance
2.Go to the airport where the big planes are
3.Get on top of the ambulance
4.Wait till the airplane comes
5.On the right wing there is a door
6.Jump on the go to the door and press triangle fast
This will take a couple times to do
You can't drive it just change the radio
