First you need to get at least four police stars by causing a lot of damage and or killing a lot of people. Then at least one undercover vcpd cheeetah cop car should drive up to you and undercover cops will try to kill you. Then kill them take their car and go....... Sadly you can't go to a pay and spray in a cop car so you will have to take it to your safehouse drive it into the garage then get out of the car with the caar still in the garage get out of the garage and wait for it to close walk up to it again to open it. The car will be fixed but not repainted. They cannot be painted. HOPE THIS THIS HELPED.
