Cheats Dont Work

Those weapon cheats and lock wanted level cheats are from San Andreas and don't work o0n V.C.S.

Maybe while you are entering the code , you enter the wrong button ... Also , maybe your ps2 controller have some problems ...

Can't find GTAVCS Cheats ?
Well, the game have 22 working cheats ! If done correctly, then it will work.
All this cheats I tried it, and nothing don't work.
Here it is :

22. Commit Suicide :
Right, Right, Circle, Circle, L1, R1, Down, X
This cheat wastes Vic Vance, so use it when you are stuck in something and can't get out of it.

21.Speed Up Game
Left, Left, R1, R1, Up, Triangle, Down, X
This cheat will make the game run faster, makes you also can't drive vehicles well.

20.Slow Down Game
Left, Left, Circle, Circle, Down, Up, Triangle, X
Slows down the game, but good for deactivating the Speed Up Game cheat.

19.Guy Magnet
Right, L1, Down, L1, Circle, Up, L1, Square
This Cheats will attract to you guys, like nails attracting to magnets, the guys won't leave you, even if you shot a bullet on the crowd.

18.Speed Up Clock
R1, L1, L1, Down, Up, X, Down, L1
It will speed up the clock, that you can even feel that the day could pass in the game in less than a minute !

17.Vehicles Color turn to Black (expect cop cars and some vehicles)
L1, R1, L1, R1, Left, Circle, Up, X
Turns any vehicles to black.

16.Vehicles Color turn to Chrome (including cop cars)
Right, Up, Left, Down, Triangle, Triangle, L1, R1
Vehicles become Chrome, makes you feel that you are living in the city of metallic vehicles !

15.Overcast Weather
Left, Down, L1, R1, Right, Up, Left, Square
Turns the weather to beautiful weather.

14.Rainy Weather
Left, Down, L1, R1, Right, Up, Left, Triangle
Turns the weather to rainy weather.

13.Raise Wanted Level
Up, Right, Square, Square, Down, Left, Circle, Circle
Raises your wanted level by 2 yellow badges.

12.Lower Wanted Level
Up, Right, Triangle, Triangle, Down, Left, X, X
Lowers your wanted level by 2 yellow badges.

11.No Traction
Down, Left, Up, L1, R1, Triangle, Circle, X
The VCPD (or Vice City Police Department) will not take care of you.

10.Cars avoid You
Up, Up, Right, Left, Triangle, Circle, Circle, Square
Any car going straight ahead to you will dodge you.

9.Destroy Vehicles
L1, R1, R1, Left, Right, Square, Down, R1
It will destroy all the Vehicles near you, but wastes you when riding a vehicle.

8.Spawn Trashmaster Truck
Down, Up, Right, Triangle, L1, Triangle, L1, Triangle
Spawns a Trashmaster truck in the nearest street.

7.Weapon Set 1
Left, Right, X, Up, Down, Square, Left, Right
It brings you a set of weapons.

6.Weapon Set 2
Left, Right, Square, Up, Down, Triangle, Left, Right
Brings you another set of weapons.

5.Weapon Set 3
Left, Right, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle, Left, Right
Brings you the final set of weapons.

4.Spawn Rhino Tank
Up, L1, Down, R1, Left, L1, Right, R1
Spawns A Rhino Tank near the nearest street, good for Vigilante Missions, but bad because one touch of one vehicle to that Rhino will destroy it.

3.Earn $250,000
Up, Down, Left, Right, X, X, L1, R1
You Earn Extra $250,000, good for building your empire, and it is repeatable.

2.Full Armor
Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Square, L1, R1
It gives you full armor, then no need to go far for this, the best in it that it is repeatable.

1.Full Health
Up, Down, Left, Right, Circle, Circle, L1, R1
Gives you full health, good for healing without going far, repeatable like other cheats too.

I found out the cheats for vice city is the same as gta sanandreas like the weapons and wanted level armer is r1 r2 l1 x left down right up (2 times) health is the same EXCPT the x is a circle. Some of the car cheats work also and drive on water works. Just go threw the cheats for sanandreas an find out witch ones work for you
