Thats a mod for GTA San Andreas and it only for PC.

THATS NOT TRUE ITS CALLED GET THE CHEAT DEVICE "NITEPR" THEN FIND THE CODES FOR THE GAME THEN GO IN GAME OPEN YOUR NITEPR THEN TURN ON THE CODES......I DONT DO NONE OF THAT UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT CRAP...I HACK INTO VIDEO GAMES AND THE SUPERMAN IS A HACK....
