What is a Pony and can you get drugs?

OK, What is a pony I need one for the civil impound lot.

Also, the mission where you get high on coke, can I get high again or was it just in that mission. If I can get high, how and where?



Comment:(Jul 17 2008) Never mind about the pony. I found out what that is.

But can I get high again on the game. It was fun driving around and hearing things all distorted.
