If you complete half missions of the game not full missions coz there is also missions in the other side

Complete missions untill you get to the mission: From Zero To Hero. When you beat that mission, you will unlock the second island. This mission is fairly difficult. The first time I tried it I couldn't get across the damn bridge that goes over to the second island cause of martinez's military helicopter shootin' missiles at me that kept blowin' up the military truck full of drugs. By the way, your safehouse on the second island is beast, flat-screen TV, Two-person bed, accessable roof where you just need to pay 5 grand for a helicopter with duel machine-guns. It's awesome
