Ok, so here's the thing. I was on Youtube watching videos of glitches, and I saw one with this guy flying around. I went down to the comments and I saw all these people talking about a thing called a "cheat device". Does anybody know what it is, what it does and how I can get one? If anyone does, please tell me. I don't think you can get them for the PSP though.

It is called vcs cheatdevice. On youtube their is a video folowing what you saw that has instructions on how to do that and more. You follow the video but what it calls for is a psp with custom firmware, a psp datacable, pc, vindows vista, and common sense. Then you have a crap load of fun with it. The video should tell you every thing. Just look for VICE CITY CHEAT DEVICE on you tube.
