You have to press start and go to multiplayer.
YOu can't play it in infastructure mode, you HAVE to be near someone who has the game, and is also on multiplayer, so unless you have a friend who has it, no multiplayer for you.

This website will give you a map with dots on it hover the mouse over the dots and it will tell you the name of the car
And show you where it is
