How many levels in the first city do I have to pass before I unlock the second cty and in the first city can you get planes or helicopters pleae answer. Thank you

You need to finishe the lance missions..
I don't know exatly but the last mission before the next city is when you are crossing the bridge and a helicopter is shooting at you. And no you can't until the next city. Also I will be answering questions daily.
Hey you need to do all of the lance missions to get to the next city
You can get helecopters, but no planes unless you use an ambulance to et into of the wing of one of the planes in the airpot (has to be a moving plane) and get in it that way.
