Can I find a helicopter on the first island enven tho I havent unlocked the second or third islands?

You can not get a helicopter I have compleated this game 3 times on psp and once on ps2 I have never been in a helicopter

In the mission where you have to follow a helicopter on a certain point you have to walk up some stairs in stead of walking get up there with a motorcycle and you will be able to drive trough the yellow marker then if you are past the yellow marker get of the bike and get in the helicopter

You can't find any helicopter in the game because they don't exist. But if you want to fly one, download the cheat device and have fun. Hope I helped.

Roelli you said ride a bike up the stairs right can't you just walk up plus I tryed it and I didnt go up this so hard to go up the stairs how did you go withe the bike and which bike is it or did you try it pleaes send me somthing back!!!!

You can get a helicopter in the mission false idols but it's realy hard
