I think that the best car would be the Inferus.. You can find it anywhere in the 2nd & 3rd Island.. On the 3rd island at the airport right before you go into the actual plane part theres a little parking spot go in there

If you are on the 1st island do the car sales mission to leavel 4 and then in the displaay window theres a really good car love media need 1 of these cars 2

Cheetah is the fastest car it's easyly found on the third island at the north tunnel.

Banshee's are the fastest. But the problem about them is that they tend to slide around easily. But on the straights they are fast. They can be found anywhere on the 1st island.

Any of the sports cars exculding the phobos vt are extremly fast. The Banshee is fast but loses control easily, same with the cheetah. The Infernus along with the V8 Ghost are really good. Although the Infernus is faster than the V8 Ghost, both cars don't lose control (unless a tire is popped of course!). Well now I look like a gta freak! But yeah thats it... =)

Infernus is the fastest and best handeling (and don't say I'm wrong I'f you disagree I tested all the sportscars out on one of the car races go and try it for yourself) but it is really light so it blows up earlier if your doing a race use this car unless you tend to crash alot then I recommend a V8 ghost or a yazzuku stinger but don't pull the dude out of his car or he will shoot at you and ruin your car just stand in front of the car and snipe him.

Cheetah is the fastest because I did time trials for it in all the GTAs and in all of them except for san andreas the Cheetah came the fastest. GTA 3 Vice city LCS VCS. In San andreas I could not find which was the fastest but cheetah wasnt in the top five. Cheetah can be found in the Francis International parking lot by the fire station.

Cheetah is the Fastest since you have three car races through out the city. The on in Shoreside Vale has a race called 'Wi-Cheetah run' in which the competitor uses Cheetah and says "Aint no car faster, aint no driver sharper" which means that there is no car faster than the Cheetah making Cheetah the fastest.

The hellenbach gt is the fastest, because it has the highest top speed and amazing handling. It's not so good on traction when it rains, but every car has it's downs.

If you want a Banshee without cheats, then go to island 1 (portland) and go to the place next to 8 Balls, the place with the kuruma, bobcat and penirel and in the showroom place across from the 3 cars, there's a Banshee. Break the glass using 4 shotgun shots or 20 ish Uzi shots, or smash it with a car (one ram works) but be careful to put on the brakes before you smash the Banshee with your car. If you crash the Banshee, take it to the pay'n'spray OR your empty portland safehouse garage for free. ~~~THE BANSHEE DOESN'T DISSAPEAR~~~ THIS WQORKS, I PROMISE YOU!!!

I think the poney is by far the fastest. Put it in any garage for 4 days exactly and it goes faster than the infernus and handles good as well.
