First you have to go on the internet and download music on to your memory stick. Then play the musis on your PSP .Then play grand theft auto and get in a car. Hope that it works it did for me.
Download Rockstar Custom Tracks, this is a program developed for GTA LCS to convert songs from CD into GTA song files that play in your car on the game. Just download what ever songs you want, start GTA LCS, pause the game, go to audio, and put custom tracks on. There you have it, simple. Hope this helped.
