You CAN get cheats to work on the PSP, ensure you enter the code correctly and at a quick speed. Cheats tend to not work if you type them in slowly, so make sure you type it in as quickly as possible

Well look,I save the game with cheats and now when I tried cheats they didn't work.
Me found a solution to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!
If you move around using the analog stick and default controls then use the directoinal buttons to enter the cheats and if you use the directional button (like me) then enter the cheat code with the anolog stick.

PS: I downloaded cheat device from maxbot.com and downloaded a cheat from synch.net or something it said done sucseccfull but noothing happened!!
And vice city stories for psp, where do I find a helicopter or aircraft?
