Hi I have 6 questions:
 1. Is there a cheat for Infinite Health?
 2. Is there a cheat for Infinite Ammo?
 3. Is there a cheat for a jetpack like in San Andreas?
 4. Do you get a four star wanted level when you try to cross islands with out permission like is San Andreas?
 5. Can you swim as I don't want to try until I am told if I can swim?
 6. Do you randomly get attcked by triads when you go to chinatown like in GTA 3?

For questions 1 2 and 3= go to the cheats section on the website
For question 4= no you don't get four stars if you go to another island
For question 5= no you can't swim
And for question 6= yes you can be randomly attacked by triads in chinatown

Yes there is a cheat for both Infinate health and armour, look at the cheat section on Supercheats. Otherwise I will tell you now you cannot get a jetpack in the game unless you use a Gameshark or other type of cheat device. You don't get wanted star levels if you cross islands without permission, You cannot swim at all in the game and Yes you do get attacked by Triads as once you do the mission where you have to follow Massimo in the Helecoptor then from then on they will hate you and try to kill you.

There is no cheat for infinite health or ammo. There is no cheat for the jetpack. You don't get any stars when you try to cross islands. No, you can't swim. You will get attacked by triads.
