1. It was release october last year
2. I'd say 9 and a half because it's a great game but it's not as reat as sanandreas on ps2 but there is a gta liberty city stories coming out on ps2 soon and also theres a new psp gta coming out and rumour is that it's going to bevice city stories
3.its an 18 mature just like every other gta is
If I were you i'd start saving up because i'd buy that and i'd buy the new one for psp and the new one for ps2

This game was released last october, I would rate this game OVER 10 because to me, being a true GTA fan it beats other GTA games and the game is an 18+ mature. If you can't buy it yourself, get a parent to get it for you because it is such a cool game and it can't be missed.
