Whit a cheat or if you have six star wanted. The cheat is:l1,l1,l,l1,l1,r,tri,o.
L=left r=right tri=triangle o=circle
At fort Staunton there is a tank in a destroyed building, you may need 100% to get it though
Use the cheat spawn rhino: L1 L1 left L1 L! Fight triangle O or compleate the game
Get six stars and steal on from the army, or finish the game 100% and you will have one in Fort Stauton, or get the cheat dwvice. Hope I helped.
