I did all the story missions on the map. It says on GTA-Wiki that after you finish Toshiko's last mission you get a phone call from 8-Ball... Normally these phone calls always happen within about 2 real-time minutes but my game has been on idle for over 20mins and nothing????
Is there some specific process of story missions you are supposed to do like GTA3 ? I remember that if you did certain missions before others in GTA3 you could not complete all story missions.
