how can i stop people following me in liberty city grand theft auto?

If you used a cheat to make them follow you, just re-enter the cheat to deactivate it, or if that doesn't do it, turn your system off
Re enter the cheat, if it doesnt work you can't stop them.
Its not working once you type it it will never go away
Go to your house and save the game even if it tell you not to because of the cheats active....after that go to options and load game and select the game you saved when it loads all cheats are cleared 🔥
