At 1:19 he starts crasching at the house. When I was there, I just got off the motorcycle, and started walking out one of the pillars. Then I jumped over to the roof. If u want to have the copter when not in missions, fly it so that it goes stuck under the stairs. then go inside the yellow circle. after the video, be quick to go to where you leaved the chopper, and go inside it. then kill everybody.
(I know this answer got a little too long...)

First get 4 stars wanted level then go to the police station at the back side it will be there
