Use the cheat code cars drive on water circle, x, down, circle, x, up, L1, L1, when you get to the bridge on staunton island drive and then before you ride off put in the cheat L1, up, left, R1, triangle, circle, down, x, and then when you get to the edge press in the left analog stick.
