How and where will I obtain the "Cheat Device"???

I want to be able to fly a plane or a helicopter in this game "Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories" but I cant. I read in the questions and ansers section that the only way is to download the cheat device. How and where may I have this device? Please answer as soon as possible. I log on everyday. Thank you.

I think you can find it on www.maxbot.com. Anyway if you can't find it check the rest of the questions somwhere there has to be the website. Be advised your PSP needs to be upgraded 2.6, not more than this because it wont work.

I don't think you will be able to even with a cheating device,although in vice city stories you can
