Can anyone give me good tips on how to beat bosses in God Mode?

Well just keep your distance, save all your energy till you reach the bosses, a better defence is a better offence, learn the moves of the boss and other talents it may have, and don't use to many combos, yes they are powerful but they require time. And in that time you could get hit easily.
