Is there a way to restore your unit? I only knew one way and that is to get captured and get rescued, start back at Bajion or something then you get a full unit.

Yes just go to some type of building,(castle, or some such) and where it says [RCT] is where you can buy all of you units. Or you can build a recruiting office and get your commanders to stay there,(every turn yo stay there you get 5 move units at no cost.) if you have a lot of gold the best thing to do is just buy them because it saves time.
