In back to nature, Your wife won't work if she's already married with you. That means Elli will stay in your house the whole day! You will got a baby after 3-4 seasons. Be patient.

She won't work anymore like she said.She can't work and have a husband at the same time so she will just stay home as your wife and until few more season she will be pregnant but I'm not sure who will be giving her a birth because shes the nurse :) maybe the doctor will :D
