After making changes to the Database, how do you just save it instead of having to Save as a new database?

If u mean write the database onto a game your already playing its impossible without spiderware.
If you mean so its the default database then create your database and delete the original. (I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS)
