Is the Rosetta Stone in the Sunken Shrine? If so, which floor is it? Is it in a trunk? I have gone through the whole place twice already but I have not found it.

Ok, instead of going left down the stairs to kraken, go right and continue down the stairs. If you have already gotten to the room with all the diamond stuff in it, go there, and go to the complete north of the room and there should be a cat walk to your left. Go down it(to the left) and stop when it opens up. Top go to the nearest room, and open the treasure chest to the right. There it should be.
