Question for Final Fantasy Anniversary Edition

I would like to know how you can get the flying ship, all of my people are level 43, and I still haven't found out? I have the levistone, I just need to know what to do with it. Thanks in advance.

If you go the the island with all of the rivers on it and go to the sand at the bottom of that island the ship comes up out of the sand for you.
