What do you do after you beat the monster at the earth crystal and how do you change jobs, also what lvl should you be.

Agian?!?!?!?!? Why wont people answer you guys?!?!?!?......oh well
1st you can't change jobs you can lvl up to each jobs master form by leveling up example:warrior -> knight white/red/black mage ->white/red/black wizard
2nd you I was about lvl 20 before I beat the lich earth demon thingy you should use all nul blaze/frost/shock at the start of the battle and have someone or two people cast diara since the lich is undead and have your close combat people use potions on everyone you will kill it in no time
3rd.........well..umm.........dude.....im stuck at the same part so someone else please answer?

I found out what to do
For you 3rd question just take you ship to creasent island town [the town that has rivers all around it] go behind the magic shops and go out the space in the wall and you will find your self surrounded by gnomes talk to all of them the last one will give you a canoe take the canoe then leave town and row west in the river with your canoe then row through the maze to the valcano that is where the fire crystal gaurdian is. defeat her and get the fire crystal back
