How do you turn goku into ss4 mode if you know contact me.

It's quite simple. When selecting your character be on Goku, click left or right until you find SS4 (Given you've already unlocked it), when you see it, either hit X to start off as normal Goku, get 4 Ki Bars and hit down + circle at the same time, OR just hold R and press X to start off as SS4.
