Dragon Ball Shin budokai 2 another road can't play multiplayer. The game wasn't programmed for multiplayer and the reason you see the multiplayer is because the game manufacturers forgot to add the features. Even if it's connected or says initializing it still won't connect to the other opponent. I've been playing the game for 5years with no vail of multiplayer just single player. Thanks for your understanding.

You can play multiplayer in dragon ball z another road with ppsspp
Go to ppsspp setting then go to networking and then enable networking WLAN and then choose ad hoc IP address same on both devices and then on hotspot of first phone and on the wifi on second phone and then enjoy
