Need Help in Brewer

Hi, I'm 12 percent done. I'm in Brewer bout 5/6 part of brewer. I need to know how do you get passed stem when it's blowing on top and bottom?

I tried crawling and I still get hit. I tried flying over and I still get hit. Please HELP.... I really want to continue playing before I go to bed.

The steam on top gives way every now and then. You need to fly over and time it perfectly.

take and hit xx then o to hover and go forward
