They're all found in Chapter 8. The first one is USED TOOLS which is outside the church. Now
head to the Slum Market and check the wood near the accessory shop. A man is quickly to stop you and ask you a question. Pick the 3rd answer to get the OLD LUMBER. Head south from Slum Market and you'll be in Sector 8 again. Head north from the fountain into Loveless Street, and talk to the man near the car to get the WORN TIRES. Head back to the area before the church and check the glowing orb to get the HOW TO BUILD A WAGON.
