Where can I find the ore that will use to replicate the ring? Please help me

You can find the man selling the fake ore and the clay which will you use when you break the urn near the Library and the Tea House. The ore costs 800 copper and the clay, I think 100 copper, but it's worth it! Then you go to Bumi and borrow his ring. Then you will go to the artisan near the entrance of Omashu. He will replicate Bumi's ring and you can trade the fake ring to the thief.
