You have to win an expert race with the fury bike.

Or you can use the cheat: ALL ACESS (sp?)

Just keep winning Championship races, especially Amateur & Pro Short Track, they're REALLY easy, and it gives you 2, 000 credits for gold in Amateur, on easy!

Another answer is by winning single races or championships
Also you start to earn blank cards when you get further in the game
