You need to hold down R and then on your little key of controls, you should see that S is now "jump" instead of sprint. You need to go right to the corner between the two walls, and experiment with different heightsmuntil it works for you. It may take a couple of tries, but you should be able to do it eventually

Easy, sprint towards the wall. While climbing don't press any button. As soon as you reach the top, press X. Easily done.
