Question for Ape Escape: On the Loose

Ape Escape for PSP, TV Tower level... I captured two monkeys but need two more to enter the next room, there is one behind the clock above the pool and one outside in the ATM looking machine but for the life of me I can not figure out how to get to them...Please advise.

As you walk up the slope through the glass doors, next to the clock, there will be an opening above you as you round the corner. The opening will be just out of reach, so use your high-glider helicopter thingy to get up there. There is also a switch which drains the water in the pool, which leads to more monkeys. As for the ATM machine, you need to beat Specter in the level 'Specter Land'. (the next level on from TV tower). When you beat him, the professor tells you to go back and capture all the monkeys. The next level you go on, a new gadget will be ready. Use this gadget to smash open the various ATM machines in each level.
