Question for Ace Combat: Joint Assault

How do you get the XFA-27,F/B-22,and SU-47?Ialso can't figure out how to get Special Mission 2.

I'm not sure about the planes, but for the SP 02, you have to finish the game under "Ace" difficulty setting.
"Ace" difficulty can be unlocked by finishing the game in "Hard".

You can unlock XFA-27 by Defeating SPO1 Mission In ACE You need to get Rank A or S to get that fighter it will also unlock X-02 Wyvern but about FB22 Concept I'm Still looking for it
