What you need to do is equipt your spear and use light attacks while he still has armor block very often because he is very fast(I would reccomend ussing the x square square square combo because the last hit is very strong and effective on armor and it is a fast combo).Once you get rid of his armor he will run and jump onto the metal cages once does that hide behind one of the wooden pillars closest to the place where he is once you hear him say "Curses!"
Then you need to hide behind the other pillar closest to him. Once you hear him say the magic word throw a spear at him.repeat this process until he is dead. And if he screams "Immortals aid me!" just use a heavy wrath attack with a spear and they should be no problem.
