Unlock Ion Blaster:

Reach mission 25.

Unlock Photon Torpedoes:

Reach mission 20 under the Veteran difficulty setting.

Unlock Hero Difficulty:

This setting becomes an available option when you complete mission 30 under the Veteran difficulty setting.

Unlock Movies:

Each time you complete an episode a new movie will become available.

Select Veteran difficulty setting and play Mission 30. Then locate the secret station landing pad and destroy ALL the ground missile launchers in the city. Then when prompted fly to the warp gate and into the secret tunnel and destroy ALL the generators to unlock the bonus pilot and two alternate paint colours.
