All you need is a good scorer who is fast. Enter the other teams zone from the size boards (if you got a left handed skater, enter from the right/right handed enter from the left) and zoom past with the speed boost. One you get in the center, shoot and it should easily go in.

Another way is to get one of you teamates to zoom past the side of the net opposte to you. If you have good timing, then the player will get the puck, but you have to quickly shoot it and it will go in.

Using these to techniques with the Edmonton Oilers, I won games 13-2 and 11-0.
