If it's Sai you're trying to beat, I just used a Shadow Clone attack using Naruto and it did a descent amount of damage. Also if you're having trouble beating him, then Hiruko wouldn't be you're best choice for a few reasons: 1. He's slow in Mobility. 2. He's slow in combo attacks. If I were you, I'd use Tenten. Trust me, I beat Scenario Mode using her, and I kept using "Weapon Control Tesasai" on all my opponents, and I took out 5 enemies with this. You don't even need to lock onto the enemy because it seeks out all enemies within range. You could also try Deidara's C2 Bird attack which works the same way as Tenten's Weapon Control Move. As for the Super Duplex Pills thing. The only reason I can think of is you probably used them all, and that's why it didn't work. Hope this Helps.
