Bonus Characters (Japanese version)
When you complete ALL 100 floors in Story mode Kabuto, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, Shizune, Tsunade, and Sasuke will become unlocked. Complete ALL 30 floors in Second Story mode and Kisame, Itachi, and the third Hokage will become unlocked.
