When you've raised your Stats High enough, Depending on the Free Mission, Simply use the Following Jutsu on them to finish them Quickly:

Heaven Kick of Pain(Sakura)

Super Slap(Choji)

It also works very well on a Group of enemies, and if you are Surrounded by enemies. Plus, once activated, you can't get interrupted by enemy attacks until you've finished performing the Jutsu.

PS: Also, Itachi's "Tsukuyomi" makes almost every Boss Stagger. As well as sometimes causing Paralysis giving you the perfect opportunity to combo them, and/or use Assist attacks
