MLB 06 The Show Cheats for PSP
At the 'Main' menu go to 'Player Management' and then 'View Rooster' and select the player whose pitching and batting attributes you want to change. Keep pressing R or L until you see get to his 'Batting' or 'Pitching' attributes and then press Left or Right to increase or decrease the skill.
