Never tried it on my PSP Go, but on my regular old PSP, it only let me go forward. So I did this in front a door in my safehouse(on the inside). And I could walk around. Although, people said it doesn't work on the PSP Go. :(

well it worked for me after i got the angel outfit thing - and if you freeze up and cant move at ALL than reload the game - if you only go forward enter the suicide cheat and than you will be that character. OR what you do is enter the code in a car/motorcycle, and than you can move as the character- but if you do it just on the ground you will only be able to go forward
