As stated in a previous post I would post what day the Bugatti Veyron became available for purchase that day for me was day 73, which means it came up in day 3 of starting the game. Now I will check day 143 to see if it cycles through again at 70 day intervals.

The purchase of the Bugatti Veyron varies based on when it first comes up. In my case it came up on day 3 when I barely had any credits. Which means it should cycle through at about day 73-74. I am on day 68 now I hope the 70 day cycle is true. I will post when it hapens.

Race on the fuji speedway (90s version I think). There is a corner towards the end of the track that you can just ignore and carry on at full speed, straight ahead, meaning your idiot opponents will take the long way around and lose. keep doing this on S rank for good money.

To get money, select Test course on "D" rank for 99 laps. Then when the cars have loaded and you are in the pre-race screen, change the rank to "S" rank. I then just put something heavy on x button and let the race finish. You'll get 214000 per race, and you don't even have to sit at the controller
Personally I use The Nissan GT-1 car, with a top speed of about 323km/h. It's often grouped with the Toyota WEDSA, which has a lower top speed, so I often come out at 3rd place ($415000).
If you are happy to grind and actually sit in front of the PSP, just do 2 lap sets on the Test course at Rank S. You'll get 150 000 per win. Again I recommend the Gt-1 as it doesn't redline and you can actually win the race quite easily.

At Charsuikitty: Are you sure about the dealership cycle? I'm on day 130 and the Veyron has not come up yet. I check every two days...
